I’m Kathryn, “Katie”, Schultz. I’m the owner of Keys to Healing Counseling, PLLC. I have been providing counseling services to children and adults in the southern Illinois and greater St. Louis region for almost 10 years in a variety of settings. I am a licensed CLINICAL professional counselor in the state of illinois.

i specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. throughout my career i have had experience helping individuals with a variety of concerns.

I’m looking forward to continuing the work of helping others in the Springfield area and making more of an impact on my community.
